My 18 months 32' sumsang lcd tv takes too long to come on.

Ur tv the power supply board,that the board,the a/c power cord that go into it.That the power supply board.That board have these parts call capacitors,the board they have these dead capacitors,it have leakage gases.These capacitors,they're bulges up on it top or puff up on it top.You know basic electronic's and soldering?Replaced these dead gases leakage capacitors,that are bulges up on top or puff up on it top.The power supply board will get back to nornal and come on quickly.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
