Check the sim card. Remove it and refit it. Make sure it is fully in. Also check the battery contacts are clean. How old is the battery, it could be coming to the end of its life.

Actually before doing the process we need to remove all the things..because it may got damaged due to fluctuate voltage flow.So, now remove your sim and battery, clean the simcard slot and the center terminal of the battery properly and restart.If the problem still persist the only thing you need to do is to change the Sim.The chip inside the Sim Card is damage.Good luck.Thanks for visiting fixya

You could try to remove your sim card.
Install battery and turn on phone without sim card.
Use phone without sim card and do some operations.
This will check if you phone is working correctly.
Turn phone off and install sim card.
Made sure sim card is install correctly.
If this does not work, it could be the sim card is bad.

The message you are getting from your phone indicates that no sim is present in your phone,perhaps you have inserted the sim in a wrong manner, hence the phone does not recognize the presence of the sim card.

Here is the solution;

1.Remove the back cover of the phone and remove the battery respectively,

2.Afterwards,re-insert the sim card in a manner indicated by an arrow located beside the sim port,or as described by the user manual.

3.Ensure you turn on the radio connection,which is located in the manage connection settings in the main menu.

to change the SIM card just remove the back cover. You should see the memory card just below the battery. Remove the battery to see the SIM card.

This phone doesn't have a removable simm card.

2. remove memory card
3. remove battery
4. remove sim card
5. insert the sim card
6. do not insert the memory card
7. reset the battery
8. connect to power for charging for 24 hours
9. switch on and it will work

Are you guys serious....

Verizon & Alltel (which happened to recently finalize the merge) use CDMA. CDMA does not use SIM cards.

AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. use SIM cards - wheter they are 3G networks, TDMA, etc.
