Most probably the motherboard is damaged or some components are shortened out. You may try to take out the battery, SIM and memory cards and let it dry in sun for 1 day. Then put in the battery and then check again. If it still fails to start - you need to get it check by some qualified tech.

My new vaporella 650 steam iron is making my clothes wet whilst ironing as it drips water constantly

Clothes are very difficult to iron when they are fully dry or over-dried in the dryer. Over-dried clothes are resistant to reshaping, which it exactly what ironing is. Removing clothes when they are still slightly damp will make ironing much easier. If you line-dry your clothes, bring them inside to iron when they are not quite dry.

What is the best settings to wash jeans on.

While hand washing and line drying is safest, it's also costly in terms of time and effort. Unless your jeans are particularly dirty, it's best to wash them in cold water, select one of the gentler cycles, and dry them at a low temperature. Special detergents formulated to preserve dark colors really do work.
What temperature do you wash jeans? When to Use Warm Water - For man-made fibers, knits and jeans, use warm water (90°F). Most of your clothes can be washed in warm water. It offers good cleaning without significant fading or shrinking. When to Use Cold Water - For dark, bright colors that bleed or delicate fabrics, use cold water (80°F).
Wash your jeans in the sink or a tub.
  1. Fill a tub with a few inches of cold or lukewarm water. Mix in a gentle, color preserving detergent.
  2. Turn the jeans inside out, then lay flat in the tub. Don't bunch them or wrinkle them. Let them soak for about 45 minutes.
  3. Run them under the water to rinse. Hang up to dry.
  4. Can you put jeans in a tumble dryer?
According to Good Housekeeping "All fabrics and especially jeans benefit when youtake them out of the dryer slightly damp. ... If, even after tumbling on low heat and a delicate cycle, you see lots of lint on the dryer's filter, you may want to switch to linedrying your jeans to help preserve the fabric.
    hope this helps you out.

LG Dryer low heat doesn't work

It may be as simple as checking your lint filter.
If you use fabric softeners sheets, they tend to clog the lint filter holes. Washing it with soap and water will restore it back to normal and will allow the circulation that the dryer needs to properly dry your clothes.

I am having 2 issues. Most importantly, my front load washer/dryer is skipping drying time. I typically wash the clothes then put dryer sheets in and use the dry only on low heat option. It starts...

Your two issues may be related. A combo washer / dryer uses a fine spray of cool water to condense moisture out of the air stream while drying. This water is then pumped down the drain. Cold water is also used to fill the softner dispenser. If the inlet screen on the cold water connection to the machine is restricted, those are two of several things which could show up. Turn cold water valve supplying water to machine off. Unscrew cold water fill hose from machine. Remove screen from inside machine, clean, re-install, re-attach cold water fill hose, turn cold water valve back on and see if performace improved.

Takes 5 hours to dry a medium load of clothes. Clothes feel slightly warm and damp when removed.

clean out your dryer vent the hose going from your dryer to your house the vent from your laundy room to the out side of the house make sure the vent is as straight and possible and no kinks
also clean your lint screen with soap and water if you use fabric sofener sheets they have a chemical that clogs the screens the watter should flow right thu the lint screen and not puddle up at all

do this asap you are risking damaging your dryer and worse yet your house could catch fire

My blackberry curve 8350 i got wet and it does not work. What to do to fix?

Once a piece of electronic equipment gets wet, you need to disassemble it, remove the battery and dry it carefully using a lint free cloth. Then use a hair dryer to dry it out. Do not put the hair dryer too close as you could overheat and damage the item. If you wait too long to do this, the water may have already fatally damaged your phone. Good luck!
