Audio Solution Board is not found

My desktop computer is Windows XP Model D915PGN. I go to the device manager to view the recent device use but unfortunately no seems to appear accept the Audio Codecs, Legacy Audio Drivers, Legacy Video Drivers, Media Control Devices and Video Codecs. Please help me with this problem. Thanks.

I have recently replaced xp on my desktop pc for vista , and now the sound does not work, it keeps saying there is no audio output device installed or audio controller, i have been on device manager a

1. no audio device, if you sound card is integrated , first to CMOS inside look at sound card was disabled or not, then again consider driven of problem,
in device management Manager in look at is has yellow of question mark or is laments,, some words on double-click the device (into driven CD), click Update driven program, by prompted update can (don't said you does not yo).
also directly can be placed in the driver CD to install the driver, after installing your reboot should resolve the issue.

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to

reinstall drivers

click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the

(appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there
click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it

I have a compaq Presario that came with windows 98SE.Recently I Upgraded it to Windows XP Pro SP2.Since then My ESS Integrated Audio Card can't load.I keep getting the message ESS PCI audio controller...

hi your computer is not seing the driver of your sound card, you may need to download updated driver for it, you can search for the drivers of your sound card online, you can also find that on the computer manufacturers website.

to see the status of your devices go to device manager for more info.

right click on my computer icon>properties>hardware tab>device manager.

you can also uninstall, reinstall, and update device drivers here.
