The tablet will not desolve and there is a white hard residue in the cups after the wash cycle. What is the solution?

Hi, I have an older dishwasher also and recently mywife also complained about it not cleaning right... so me being the man I amtried in vain to clean the things... Tablet not desolving after quick wash cycle

Find out whether your quick cycle is a wash cycle or a rinse only. If it is a wash it's obviously too short, and the tablet is not dissolving. You do not want undissolved tablets because they will contaminate your rinse water and u end up with soap on the dishes. You can switch to powder if a tablet isn't going to dissolve quick enough on your quick cycle.

I have a Dishlex Global 300 and sometimes the detergent was not empying out when i did a wash cycle (seems that the top rack would prevent the door of the detergent holder to open fully) I just purchased...

it could be your water preasure or the water is hard,,,but like with most dish washers the tablets dont desolve all the way,,,you need more of a liquid soap type of a cleaner

Hi
White film deposits are observed if water is hard or when you are using more detergent than needed, try filling detergent cup half way. Try using white vinegar after the wash cycle is complete, run a complete cycle. Also turn down the heat on the hot water fed to the dishwasher. Try using water softener for better results.
You can also add vinegar in the final rinse cycle.

Good evening my question is recently my dishwasher leaves a white residue that can be seen on glasses and dark plastic items also after a full cycle wash can you tell me what this might be?

It is hard water deposits. We live in the country and had this problem we took a cup of vinegar and ran it through the wash cycle with anything in it such as dishes etc. It solved our problems its worth a try.

Cloudy glasses My dishes are not being cleaned. There is a white residue on my glasses and in the dishwasher itself.

You may have hard water. Are you using a rinse aid, you always need to use one. Buy some Tang drink crystals and empty a package into the soap dispenser and run the dishwasher through empty. If you can't buy Tang use about 4-6 cups of white vinegar thrown in the bottom of the machine and run the cycle. Sometimes the white residue on the glasses is there permanently and can't be removed it is called "etching" right in the glass.

Our Kitchenaide dishwasher is approximately 4 years old, all my glass ware comes out cloudy and I have to wash it by hand.

Your using too much soap. Use 2-3 tespoons of name brand powder soap. Premeasured gel packs or tablets are too much soap as well. Cut them in half if u are using those. You can run a cycle with 5-6 cups of white vinegar with no soap or dishes to clean the soap residue from inside the dishwasher.
