Need owners manuel

If you need the "clutch" cable, the part number is 169676 from the owners manual. The manual doesnt have replacement procedures for something like that, but it should be pretty intuitive on your machine.

Call Sears. They do sell owners manuals for some models. Not sure if they sell any repair manuals but that's who to try.

Go to... http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/index.action Enter the model number that is under the seat. If it's a lawn tractor, it will start with 917. That will get you to all the diagrams of the mower.

I'm not the same person, but I did find this manual at the Sears parts site. I needed the same manual. I used the model# 917.273399 and thier part number is 193548. Less than ten bucks. Thanks!
