How do you fix the F11 code on kenmore frontload washer HE3t? What is the cause? Seems as though the washer spin cycle must shake loose some connections. That's when the problem most often occurs.
My f11 code is repaired! I got a clamp from Home Depot put it on the ccu unit on the right side tightened it shut and haven't got the stinking f11 code ever since. No more banging it again! I can finally do my wash without the horror beeping sound going off every time.
The F11 code is caused by either a CCU failure or an MCU failure...here's how to tell:
If your machine starts a cycle and the water fills but the drum NEVER turns, your MCU is bad...it's most cost effective to buy a refurbished one and you can get them on eBay for $99 all day long.
If your machine makes it most of the way through a cycle but throws an F11 code during the rinse or spin, your CCU has the relay solder / vibration problem...and I can fix that for $65.
