No Signal sign

I own a Samsung SPN4235 42 inch Plasma.

The original problem was the Power plug we had that replaced and it worked for 3 weeks now the TV says no Signal?

help please

    Samsung Plasma HP-R4252 50" Plasma Display-No Signal


    Troubleshooting already done


    Disconnected and reseated all cables and power cords
    Examined all cables and power cords
    DVD works


    Red snow on black areas of picture before No Signal
    (not sure if this is pertinent)


    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Thanks, and yes we first had the HD/DVR hooked up and we now have the Digital box on it. Actually we ended up disconnecting all of it and just plugging it in directly from the wall to the TV. We did have the DVD also hooked up but we also disconnected that. All we get is No Signal?

No picture just the No Signal verbish?

Hello Dollyer,
The first thing i need to know is how the TV is hook up. Do you have it hook up to HDMI, component, or just regular composite (Yellow, Red and White cables). This is very important info for me. What about your DVD player, do you still get a picture from that source. Please let me know

Another person having no idea how a TV works, you don't replace boards without some voltage tests and basic knowledge of how a plasma TV works. You said you changed the main, what main, there are 3 of them in this set, a logic main, x and y mains. You have a X or Y sustain, main or driver board issue, unhook the x section first as this one fails more than the y section and power the set up, monitor the B+ voltage and see if it drops off after a few mins, the set will not have a picture, if it doesn't you need to plug back in the boards and work backwards by unhooking the x-driver then sus then main, if all those boards are ok go to the Y section and do the same.
