Try to install operating system
Set you hdd as primary boot device
SOURCE: operating system not found
Unfortunately the mot common reason for 'operating system not found' is a failed or corrupted hard drive. You need to go into your BIOS menu and see if your hard drive is recognized by the computer. When booting up push F1 and enter the BIOS menu. Go to the menu item for boot up or start up and see if your hard drive is recognized. If your hard drive is recognised then it may be salvageable by booting from a recovery disk or reinstalling windows from a CD. If the drive is not recognised in the BIOS, you have a dead hard drive or maybe just a bad connection. More help can be found on the Lenovo website site and the Forum at that site.
