Error message 50 and 30

if the paperjam was removed incorrectly, it could have tampered with the timing of the gears or maybe even broke a gear

your printer roller may have gone bad

try printing with only few pages like 2 or 3

What precisely IS the error message? In lieu of this information, unplug the printer. Check the paper path thoroughly including between rollers. Any tiny fragment will jam. Use a falshlight and magnifier if you must. Load with normal thickness printer paper. Plug the unit in. Hold the power button down for 10 seconds. Test page should print.

reset the printer then try again

• Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
• Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
• restart the computer
• try to download drivers from the website
• after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
• then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.

hi there: we have the same printer and we had the same paper jam problem to correct: this we opened it up as normal and than got a flashlight and looked real closley at it and there was a verry small piece of paper in the side of it folded and caught in it we took a pair of tweezers and removed it and the paperjam was cleared try that ok the smallest piece will give you this error and wont continue untill it is cleared

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.

hey gramma try to do one thing before even going for test page , open the panel and cover where u will be able to see the catridge ccarriers, try to blow air, or after opening the cover titlt the print and shake it gently sometimes due to some dust particle the paper jam happens

Sometimes just a teensy bit of paper stuck inside will make it say paperjam. I would check very well.
