first install motorola USB driver u will found this at http://slvr.themotoguide.com/getconnected.php go through the tutorial and get connected , remember in ur phone USB settings = data/fax connection

Rest is the child's game download Motokit.zip, u will find it in above site then start motokit .........on top click mobile then INFO .it will show u the ur unlock code plus security code n ur imei no etc finished

Contact your Network provider.. i.e. Orange or O2. They will give you PUK code to unlock the phone. It is free service.
