Relax. It happens with me as well.
What I do is pull out the sim card ,rub clean it with little diluted spirit and insert it back. It should work.

uninstall your samsung scx-4521 all drivers from your PC and reinstall with a samsung OEM cd . then presit the same pls. install the TEAMVIEWER software and send me a mail to me.
