Machine shd be on. Press and hold "end of cycle" button for 3 seconds, on the right side
of panel. Try door after 2 minutes. This is the child lock feature, do
it again & it locks.

If you remove the small access panel on the front of the washer there is
a white plastic type cord that you can pull and this should also
release the door. Release excess water thru drain hose in front before
you open washer door, after all the water is gone remove the drain pump
cover and look to see if there is anything obstructing the pump;there
will some water which will normally drip out here so keep plastic bags
ready.
