It‘s an image file that you‘ll have to burn to a cd. You can use a Nero, Imgburn, Roxio, or any program that will burn aniso image to a blank cd. Burn the cd, install the driver, and then start using your webcam!

Its a plug and play webcam. I think it has got damaged or your operating system contain some virus. Check it out by connecting this web cam to another computer running xp.
