Phoned Dorel customer services on 01842763281 they can repair any problems as long as you post the chasis to them for a charge of £30 (you can remove seat unit and wheels to make the postage cheaper) This is only if you dont have a warranty, they will cover the cost to send it back once fixed!

Ours did exactly the same thing - collapsed with our son in it. This happened several times and we were constantly having to pull the chassis up on one side until it clicked again. Emailed Quinny - no response. Took it back to John Lewis and they sent it away and gave us a loan chassis. Quinny couldn't fix it so sent a shabby second hand replacement (outrageous!). We and John Lewis went mad and they finally supplied a new chassis. good luck!

Quinny buzz clip to open missing

Hi Ellen

The transport clip is a safety measure to ensure the chassis remains closed in transit - like when it's in your car boot, to make sure it doesn't unfold while you're driving. It is available as a spare part item, RRP 10GBP (full info can be found on our Note for Buzz spares)

The click noise you hear when you unfold the chassis is not related to the fold lock. This is a safety measure designed to warn you not to continue forcing the chassis open as the locks are not completely disengaged ready for the chassis to be unfolded. By forcing beyond this noise you may cause damage to the fold / unfold mechanism. If you hear the click, allow the chassis to fold again and try again. Ensure the button is fully depressed / the other side button is fully pulled forward before attempting to unfold again and you should not hear a click. If you do, it would be advised to book the chassis in for inspection & repair required.

How do i fold down my quinny buzz

Hi you need to apply the brake 1st. then stand at the front, there is 2 grey buttons either side of the seat on the 2 round bits. 1 you push down the other you slide forwards, keep hold of them & pull it downwards towards your feet. This will then fold down.

I cannot fold the pram. Please help as the instructions are not helping me :(

Hi,

If you try this without the seat/carrycot on the chassis to start with, this will be much easier.

Stand in front of the chassis, with the front wheel between your feet.
Push the left grey button down, and slide then pull the right-hand grey button. Whilst both buttons are depressed, push the chassis downwards towards the floor using your whole body weight. Then just check that the handle bar is at it's lowest height at this will make the chassis smaller for the carboot.
Depending on the chassis type you have, you will either have a grey lock that will keep the chassis closed, or a black nylon strap that will need to be clipped together to keep this closed.
Just practice a few times and you will get it.

I hope this helps.

Problem in folding quinny buzz to stiff

Hi,

I would suggest that when folding the Buzz, stand in front of it first. Push down one of the grey buttons, then slide and push the other, then you can use your whole body weight to push the pram to the floor enabling you to collapse it. It is also easier if you remove the seat prior to folding.

I hope this helps.

Folding - Quinny buzz 3

HI, if it's the same model as I have: start with the frame facing you with the break on, you will see 2 long grey 'buttons' situated where the seat clips in to the frame. One of these buttons has arrows on it like this ^, this one you push in the direction of the arrows. The other you, simultaneously push in. You then push the whole frame down - this takes a bit of pressure. The whole thing should fold flat, you then secure it with the cable located near the wheel.

This sounds very complicated, it isn't once you've done it the first time - I hope it makes sense to you!
