Missing screws to tv stand

I bought a 32'' about a year ago. we installed it flat against the wall in our bedroom. I have moved and now want to put it on the top of a chest and use the stand that came with it originally. I have the stand and the other attachment piece BUT NO SCREWS. Where can I find the screws and how do I put it together?

There are 4 shiny screws at the back of TV just above the stand neck. Unscrew those 4 scrws and then lift the TV up, stand will come out.

SOURCE: tv stand screws

Check the kitchen drawer next to the fridge for the screws !!

When you get new screws, use lengths 1/2".. any longer and you might hit something inside.

Don't know why this is posted under IS-LCDTV26.. I would pull a screw from my 26" and measure it, but it's most likely different than your 42"

Took it off the wall of the camper we just bought. Would like to use it in my guest bedroom, but the stand is gone. Can you help locate one for me?

If you search on Ebay for your TV's exact model number, sometimes you can find a replacement stand for it there.

Here is a link to one example currently available for an Emerson TV:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Emerson-LC320EM8A-32-Inch-LCD-Flat-Panel-TV-BASE-STAND-/110728286130?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item19c7eb8fb2

Otherwise you can just buy a generic wall mount floor stand for around $100 which bolts to the TV like a wall mount, but actually sits on the floor instead of being bolted to the wall.

Here are some links to a few different models currently available on Ebay which include pictures so you can see what I mean:

I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.

Cant get the stand off a panasonic 32 inch TX 32LXD60 to put on the wall

TX 32LXd60
Lay the tv face down on a flat surface. Do not scratch the screen ! Use a cloth.
Remove the 4 screws above the stand. Pull stand out. Replace screws.
You can get Operating Instructions from;
http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Support/Downloads/220239/index.html#anker_220239

enter the model number- click search- and download the Operating Instructions . The Operating Instructions will illustrate the stand.

How to remove the stand from samsung LCD TV

Place the tv on its screen flat on a soft surface,
you need to remove all the screws, not just the stand one marked.
Lift the back panel and then you will be able to slide down the stand, when you have removed the back cover you will also see where how your wall mount will fit to the chassis.
Place all the screws back on the back lid.
