E40 is the code showing
Just fixed my E40 error by replacing Door Lock mechanism.

Arrived in 3 working days.
Remove 2 screws at top rear of machine and slide top lid off.
Open door and remove 2 screws on latch.
manoeuvre Door Lock mechanism to top of machine. (see photo)
replace part! Put those screws back in. Wash your clothes! 10 minutes.
Excelelnt advice - closed door again firmly and held there whilst i reset the wash cycle worked a treat. Thanks!
Hello - Are you certain the error code is E4H? This manufacturer does not have any E4H error code for any washer or other units. They do have E4A and E5A codes however.
