I do not have the disk anymore to load the printer to my computer how can I do that without the disc?

DVD players need a finilized disk. When the program finilizes the disk, it's writing the TOC which is where the players go to find the files.

Yes, you can install the printer without the disk.

You need to download the installation drivers and software from manufacturer's support website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) from the drop-down menu. Then download the required drivers and software.

The list of available drivers will load only after selecting the operating system of the computer.

the disk is called a driver. just google hp photosmart c3180 driver.

You don't need the disk, just go to lexmark.com and download the driver for your machine. They don't charge for these drivers.

On startup press f2 and go to the boot section menu and select your harddrive as first boot device to stop the anoying message.When the laptop next boots it will load from the hdd and not search for a boot disc.

HP has drivers for all of there printers make sure printer is compatible with your Operating System older printers will not work with Vista

The LR1 was designed specifically for use with Web TV. There were originally drivers available for (then current) Windows 95 and Windows 98, but there are no drivers available on Canon's web site anymore. The original disc would not have drivers for current Windows versions.

If you have lost the software/driver installation disc for your printer, you should be able to download copies of the necessary files by visiting Lexmark's support page for this model:

Keep in mind that you will need to know what operating system is currently loaded onto your computer, as there may be multiple options available.
