pls dont forget to rate resolution thanks!!
Thank you so very much! I have only been trying to get my printer issue resolved since mid-Friday evening. It is now 3:15 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, Sunday morning! I couldn't rest until I found out what the problem was with my printer!
I am a nursing student, and depend very heavily on the convenience of having a computer and printer at home. This way I can do schoolwork at any time, day or night without a worry. I'm so glad I persisted until I found the solution.
I'm even more glad that this information was posted. It was very easy to follow. The directions were very clear. Although I have a fairly good working knowledge of computers, I am totally new to removing things from my registry. You made it a piece of cake to do. Thanks so much again! Take care, and keep up the great and helpful work! It's needed!
Sincerely,
