There's already a lcd defect with your JVC, the remedy there is to replace the lcd screen. So bring it to your local service center for lcd replacement. I hope I help you in your problem.

The most likely cause for this is a damaged or defective flexible ribbon cable that connects the LCD to the camera body and can be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

The problem is with the ccd in the camera. Here in aust JVC have a free replacement policy at all JVC authorised repairers. The ccd was outsourced and is plain ****, but at least JVC recognised the prob. They have no warranty time limitations on this issue

CCD Failure/Lens Cap Warning Error
JVC has received reports that in certain circumstances, the following models may, while in the camera mode, show no picture, a distorted picture and/or display “LENS CAP” even though the lens cap is removed. We have identified the probable cause as a failure of the CCD image sensor. JVC has issued a notice on many models that bring up a "lens cap" error. However, the GR-DX25EK is not included. The model you have posted on its page(GR-DX95) is though. This problem is still very common with models that aren't on the said list, given that and the fact that your model is from the same series, you might get some consideration from JVC.
