H700 Motorola BT earpeice, no indicator lights aside from a green

I Just bought a H700 motorola bluetooth earpeice, it lists on an included set of instructions to get it working dealing with colored lights, and their meanings. however when it says during charging the lights will appear red. it remains green which is supposed to indicate its fully charged. When i unplug the bluetooth from the wall adapter, it turns off and becomes completely unresponsive, any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me. I call the support center and if you bought it from a 3rd party, it is probably a software problem. See if you can get a new one or buy it elsewhere.

How to use my H700 after charging ?

If tv is bluetooth capable, look under menus and pair with H700.
Phones if initially paired will simply need to have bluetooth 'active' (as by default it is usually off). - If not pair - you will need to go through menus under 'settings' to pair with the H700 (also at this point indicate that the H700 is 'trusted device').

Hi,
1.Switch on the bluetooth on your phone.
2.Open the headset boom to initiate easy pairing. After a few moments, the indicator light will be steadily lit in purple to indicate headset is in pairing mode..Motorola H700 will be detected.
3.Go to handsfree and select 'look for devices'. 4.Select Motorola H700.Select Yes to bond. Enter the passkey 0000 and select OK.

light is flashing in blue, turn off the other device,
then close and reopen the headset boom. The
indicator light becomes steadily lit in purple
indicating the headset is now in pairing mode.
