It would have been helpful to know on which kind of component you found these numbers but since you didn't, I'll just guess:
Power transistors? (You could at least mention how many leads next time.)
If so, add the characters '2S' in front of each (such as: 2SB2510) and you might have better luck.

How many oxygen sensors are in my 95 oldsmobile aurora? and where are they located?

LOCATIONS There are different locations in the exhaust system where O2S sensors are positioned. The locations have been given numbers and will be used in the accompanying charts to identify the positions of O2S sensors in most vehicles. Due to mid-year production changes or factory inconsistencies, all models may not be covered. If a vehicle being serviced is not covered in the charts, inspect the exhaust system (while cold!) in the general locations to find the applicable O2S sensors. NOTE: If equipped with dual exhaust systems, there may be up to 4 or 5 O2S sensors in the exhaust system. Be sure to locate all of them before commencing with any testing or service. Sherwood rx-4105 output transistors

You can also use 2SD2560 and 2SB1647 130watt 150volt 15amp transistor, but it may require some rebiasing the on output transistors. Sherwood have used these transistors in their older model receivers. I just replaced those transistors in my Sherwood RX-4105 Receiver, and they work good as well.

Before I install those transistor. I did a out of circuit 20volt 4amp DC current test to a 4ohm resistor @ 200watt load to compare 2SD2560 / 2SB1647 to the B2510/B1510 mounting them on 5 square inch, 1/8" thick piece of Aluminum, and the results of the test, the 2SD2560 / 2SB1647 heats up in 60 seconds to around 120 degrees F, and the B2510 and D1510 heats up in 30 seconds to around 120 degrees F.
