RCA HDLP61W151YX1 I get no picture after turning power on/ I took out the lamp to check if it needed replacement, and noticed the fan wasn't running, so the front panel blue power lights are lit but I am not getting power to the fan and lamp unit. What can my problem be ?

There is a stuffed 10v 3300uf capacitor on the power board. You need to replace it.
Bellow you can check in the picture where the capacitor is located.
Notice that in this picture I have already took the bad capacitor out and replaced with two small cords to reach the bottom and test the new capacitor.
To reach this place is not fast, several layers of plastic and metal must be removed, but is not a hard task to take the capacitor out and replace it for another.
It works just great! Now it is back on track with awesome image.
When you turn the set off does the buzzing stop instantly? If so its the color wheel. If the buzzing continues for a minute or so after turning off the set its the fan. Let me know if you need more information.
check the soldering for the lamp that was replaced the soldering could be poor and needs to resoldered over.if that does not solve the problem the video module needs to be replaced.good luck.
