Dear engineer i have acer 5630z laptop - if you are shutdown for 30-60 minutes no ON . The battery charged LED will display.If you try to ON The battery led go to off for 5 to 10 seconds but the laptop no ON I ask about these friends,they are computer technicisions they are say to me that model of acer in more places same problem please give me solution

Is the laptop under warranty? If yes, then take it to the authorized service station, they shall repair it free of cost. If not, then how old is the laptop? How much battery backup does it provide when it is fully charged?
