The full information, you can search yourself; that's like asking what drives over 30mph on a highway and please be complete.  Meanwhile all AGP x4 slots support 512MB videocards, if that's what you're asking.

Testimonial: "THANKS FOR GUIDE BUT PLZ TELL ME THE NAME OF FASTEST 512MB AGP WHICH MY DELL GX260 SUPPORTS . I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU"

As in automobile racing, "speed costs money".
If you want to pay $300 to $500 for "the world's fastest AGP video-card", then go ahead.

WANT TO PLAY GTA 4

It will run but if you want smooth full graphics you will need to get a better video card. of course 4 gigs of ram is better then 2 but if you are running 32 bit windows then you are stuck with a max of 3 gigs of ram.

Suitable agp for playing gta 4

The AGP slot on this system is 4X

The two cards that were tested on this from Dell are
ATI 64MB Radeon VE 7500 ATI 32MB Radeon
The maximum card you can connect to the system any PCI video card not more than 128 MB. As the motherboard and the power supply would not support it

Thanks

I JST WNT TO ASK THAT WILL DELL GX260 SUPPORT 512MB OR 1GB AGP IF YES SO PLZ TELL ME THE NAME OF FASTES AGP WHICH IS SUPPOTED BY MY PC THANKZ

it supposedly has full height PCI slot - I have an XPS200 and its PCI slot is not full height. So make sure what you get physically fits.
The amount of memory on a graphics card is controlled by the card not the system so either should work.
Based on the memory spec of 512MB, I would up that to max before adding a graphic card. I don't think a graphics card is a good upgrade for this computer.

Will dell optiplex gx260 dewsktop pc support 512 mb agp

If you have the slim line version then you must buy a slimline card. Be careful ATI cards for some reason on gx260 and gx270's have issues and dont work. You can read about that on the dell support boards.

I want to know about dell gx260

theoretically, yes, but whether you would actually want to purchase the card is a different story, 256mb cards are pretty much obsolete any more, and depending on your intended purpose, it probably won't do what you want. i would suggest getting a new pc, preferably custom built, as you'll pay alot less, and get a lot better computer. but in any event, as long as the gx260 has a pci-e, agp, or pci slot, it should be able to support a 256mb nvidia geforce card with no problem, probably not the 9800 gtx, but it could probably handle a 6800-7800
