Hello,
When I power up my pt-50LC, the power button blinks green at first and then starts blinking a yellow/amber color, two quick blinks followed by a pause. The set does this until I disconnect the power. Anyone have a suggestion on what might be wrong? The bulb is still under warranty so I pulled out the bulb to send it in for a new one and it looks like brand new. Can the bulbs burn out and still look good?

My Panasonic PT-50LC13 when turned on has a green light for a few seconds you can hear the fans turn on and then you have a yellow/amber light that starts to blink 8 times i have replaced the bulb and the door is closed any ideas?
You might want to put the door on the tv then it will work

this happens with me except the temp and lamp light also blink red at same time as the power light blinks yellow. How do I fix it? What is wrong with it? PLEASE HELP

How can you tell if a lamp is burned out
Took back off and used a air spray can a qtips and cleaned each fan. Worked great.
Yes very seldom do the lamps even look like they have been used, and unfortunately there is no way to test a lamp short of putting it in a known working set. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

when i push the power button on it flashes green and then flashes yellow, it clicks as if it is trying to light the lamp after it does this a couplr times it the flashes red and then shuts off, but as it is flashing red, the lamp light turns red for a second. does this generally mean that the lamp is burned out? is anything else suppost to happen? like a fan turn on, or anything else?
Thet v works for about 5 min. Then the picture go off and a yellow/amber starts to blink. If i pull out the power plug and wait for a few minutes the picture will come on again but only for a while. Shortly, iT will shut down and again I have to go through the whole cycle .
