you need to know the name and type of audio card your pc has then you can start to download the driver there are driver detect utilitys on the net but most cost money and the free ones dont pick up sound cards though most common sound cards are real-tech try running a driver detection agent if this dosnt help email me the make of computer and we can then narrow it down

It does not matter who the manufacturer of your sound card above what sound chip is on it. Take a look at the map marking the chip and I'll tell you which drivers are needed (Unless of course you do not have a laptop ;-)))))
just check whether u r windows XP service pack 2 is installed or not later on uninstall all sound card drivers in the device manager and reboot the machine then it should detect u r sound card then install drivers and plz unplug the cables behind sound card after u install sound card drivers u plug the speaker cable to green colour wave out of the sound card
change from windows to xp,but sound driver was not loaded/installed so there is no audio sound in my pc.from where n what driver to install in window xp for free.kindly advice n thanks.
