to solve this problem you have to format your phone as well as memory card also

    just format your memory card and phone also
    if it doesn't work then update your phone's software by clicking on this site www.nokia.co.in/get-support-and-software/download-software/device-software-update
    after going on this site click on download button and download the phone updater software for your mobile
    after downloading it install it on your pc
    connect the phone with through data cable and run the updater software
    and wait for 3 to 4 minutes

restore ur phone to factory default its easy u can press menu , setting and last option is restore fac. def. ok then two options settings only or restore all use restore all keep remember that ur phone memory will deleted so first backup ur contacts ok
