Make and model T-5048 e-machine I need a diagram to find out which USB port to put my speaker cablle into

depends on the make and model
could be via micro usb cable plugged into a micro usb port on speaker and USB port on computer
could be via a ac - dc adapter if a much larger speaker .

Computer speakers get their signal from the phone jack (maybe from USB port). They have a power cord (if USB powered connect to a USB port on your computer) to connect to a wall outlet.

There are four USB ports on the back of your computer. They are all identical. As long as you have a USB Printer you can plug it in to any one of the four USB ports.

Probably need to replace output transistors and a resistor or two. Could also be one of the 12v regulators.

A job for a tech not for the average do it yourselfer.

there is a usb port inside hd .box /many time it is damage and also usb cablle damage . so once time change this thing one by one to check. there is a rare chance to damage hdd. we have facinge many time same problem. this hdd and laptop hdd are same. only potr is diffrent, (nepal)

I power on the reciever and then it reads PROTECTION and then powers off. I initially thought that I blew out the reciever but I was wondering if it was as simple as a fuse. I can locate the product manual for this reciever.

I am not getting any sound from my koss model ks3101 through the speakers

1.)Try connecting your speakers to another machine ? Then you can distinguish if the speaks or the cable is faulty or your sound software on your machine.

2.)install the l8est drivers for your sound card or audio device

3.)try the front usb, sides or other usb ports

4.) If your speakers also have "Jack" connectors, either try plugging into another audio port at the back of your machine or try the front audio ports

5.) Are the speakers powered on ? Is the volume on the speakers muted OR is the sound in your system on your machine muted or turned off or turned quiet ???

This is a standard female DB-9 serial port.
Here are the pinouts.

Pin 1 = Left Speaker Out +

Pin 2 = Left Speaker Out - (Common Ground)

Pin 3 = Left Line In +

Pin 4 = Right Line In +

Pin 5 = Left/Right line In - (Common Ground)

Pin 6 = Right Speaker Out +

Pin 7 = Right Speaker Out - (Common Ground)

Pin 8 = Power A

Pin 9 = Power B

Jumper (short) Power A to B to turn on.
If you want a volume control you need to put one on the inputs. You will buy buy a stereo volume control or potentiometer.
