BLANK SCREEN PHONE WORKS EXCEPT SCREEN IS TOTALLY BLANK. MADE CALL ON SUNDAY & ALL LOOKED FINE. 15 MNUTES LATER I OPENED IT AND FOUND THE SCREEN TO BE BLANK. TIME FOR NEW PHONE? ANY INFO. APPRECIATED. THANK YOU

Dear user,

Immediately put if off, remove the sim and battery, removable panels if any and keep it for drying preferably in an area with +35 C temperatures but not too hot also.

This should have been done when it got wet itself, but still try this out.

If it does not work fine after doing this then you need to send it for repairs.

If everything is fine except your screen, bring it to a technician and have them check first the flex wire.

If your flex is fine then the last thing will be your LCD. have it replace

If formatting your phone doesnt help there are three possible problems in order of priority (1) your screen is gone and needs replaced (2) your ribbon cable is gone and needs replaced (3) phone needs flashed, I have repaired the first two above on many samsungs with this fault! Not an easy job! Hope this helps.

I had this problem for about 3 hours except that it was a totally blank screen. Unscrew the back of it and take the battery out for about 10 seconds. Put the battery back and it should reset totally. Don't worry about the songs, they'll be fine.

u have to reset your bios settings.
open your bck side of laptop remove battery also refix ram. then u see 1 cmos cell on motherbord. put away it for 15 mnutes then refix.then check .u can do it friend.

This EXACT same problem happened to me and I had to pay $50 to some cell-phone repair guy to replace the whole front piece of the phone....I HATE Kyocera and will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them ever again!

My Nokia E61i sometimes starts up with the welcome screen and works normal for a while.
Then sometimes the screen will flash on start up or continues to flash
with spotted colors and not come on. Could this be a software problem?

if evrything ok in your fone except the screen(LCD). the problem is your LCD maybe its just a lose contact or or the LCd is broken maybe it can help to you ^_^

i tried some electrical contact cleaner (brake cleaner WAL-MART .89 cents) on the hinges. Open ti back and forth several times. NOTE: do not spray alot, just a little at a time. Then it got squeaky and started working. Then I sprayed a little WD-40 on the hinges and it works fine.

Well i suggest that you take the case of your phone and have a look at your screen maybe some of the screws have gone missing or the screen has just worn itself out? . Note youll need a t6 or t7 torx screwdriver to do this , hope i helped
