RCA tv/dvd combo model # D52W27D. I am having similar problems with the front green light blinking 3 times but mine doesnt come on. I cannot open my dvd player or anything. It sounds like it trying to come on but it cant. Can someone please help me try to fix my tv... my kids need Treehouse!

Check 3 capacitors on deflection board cp150,cp111,cp114 most of the time this is the problem 2200uf16v /330 uf 35v /220uf 35v.

Bad capacitors on Power/deflection board cp150,cp114,cp120 capacitor cp 150 2200uf 16v, cp114&cp120 220uf 35v

Check capacitors cp150 ,114, 120 ,if cp150 is puffed up on top it is bad.2200uf 16v and the other 2 are 220uf 35v.

Look at the upper left hand corner of the main board for two bad electrolytic capacitors. They will have a bulged top if bad.
