Enable bluetooth Can't seem to enable bluetooth - Do I need to download something?

Please, be precise. What kind of problem do you have? Having poblem enabling bluetooth device? Or your bluetooth device enabled and you can't transfer files?
If your bluetooth device isn't enabled, go to control panel and check if device is installed correctly. (bluetooth device mustn't have yellow mark).
If your bluetooth device have yellow mark in control panel, that means you need drivers for this device. You can install drivers from your laptop's CD. If you don't get CD, no problem, download it here: http://www.all-driver.com/downloading/http://download.sony-asia.com/vaio/downloads/Original_Drivers/073Q/VGN-CR3/drivers/Bluetooth.EXE
Follow installation instructions and you are done.

The printer Canon PIXM MP480 is bluetooth enabled ( which is optional ) but it is not fully functional without a Bluetooth unit BU-30 ( bluetooth dongle )

The printer has Bluetooth enabled adapter which means you will need a bluetooth dongle to make it work with your Macbook. You will have to connect the Canon Bluetooth unit BU-30 to the printer and enable to bluetooth function on the printer to be detected by your macbook.

You will be able to purchase the Canon Bluetooth unit BU-30 at any nearest stores ( bestbuy, walmart, costco etc ) for a price of $30 to $50 Approx. depending on the offers you will avail from different merchants/stores.

Thes best way of to enable your blue tooth on both the PC and the phone. Once it is detected you can send pictures to be accepted by the PC .
In the phone open menu, connctivity- enable Bluetooth.
Inthe PC enable Bluetooth- bluetooth settings.

If enabling blue tooth from the keyboard does not work anymore, then you usually need to reinstall Bluetooth drivers again.

to download drivers click on the link below, select the model, select the operative system version, then select Network Driver and reinstall bluetooth drivers from there.

If this does not solve the problem, then the bluetooth module ( a mini PCI card) may be defective. In that case an opriton could be installing an external bluetooth: TRENDnet TBW-105UB Network adapter - USB

When you have the wireless antena turned on the bluetooth comes on with it, unless it has been disabled. To enable it you should have an icon in the lower right that says LAN. Double click the icon and you will see the option to enable Bluetooth or change from 2.4 to 5 ghz wireless. All you need to do is enable the bluetooth.

If it isn't Bluetooth enabled, best way is to use an SD card, save photos to it and download to PC using a card reader. If Bluetooth enabled, you need a Bluetooth dongle.

first try to check in the program files if you have bluetooth installed.
start >> programs >>bluetooth >> bluetooth settings
look for the menu were you can activate the bluetooth.

also you can try. looking in the system tray icons. you will see the blueetooth icon in color red when it is disabled...right click on the icon and choose enable bluetooth radio.
