You may have a problem with the ball sensor. Look in the back of the washer. On the right side as you're looking at the rear, does the frame look slightly dented in?? If so, you will need to pound out the metal. The reason is that the ball sensor is located on the lower right side of the back panel and if it is pushed in enough, the spinning movement from the tub will knock the ball sensor causing the control board to display UE error code. This indicates that the drum is not spinning in a smooth rotation. It may be necessary to rearrange the load in the drum.

Hi.. UE error means unbalance error..Check your floor level and machine legs... after u checking ur floor level and legs also perfect means change the suspension rod.

UE is Imbalance error..Redistribute the load or you may have tried to wash something which will not 'spread' enough to balance the load...Nomess

This is an Imbalance code. Your issue may be with:

• The load is too small
• The appliance is tilted
• Laundry is gathered to one side
• Non-distributed things are put into the drum

Try adjusting the load size, and make sure the unit is level.

For "ue" an unbalanced load is sensed three times; re-adjust your load in the machine. What is the capacity of your machine, you could weigh your dry clothes........refer manual.

For e1, it could be a water sensor problem. Check to see if the inlet valve is okay and not clogged, water shd be in good pressure. If this is okay, open up behind after taking the plug off the wall. There is a thin tube coming from the switch area to the outlet pump area; disconnect this from the top carefully and blow into it, it should be free; if it is clogged you will hav a water level problem. Unblock and refit carefully.
