My pin code blocked asking for puk code. Pl. Let me know the puk code

If u enter PIN code incorrectly 3 times, PIN will be blocked n phone will ask you for PUK(Personal Unblocking Key). This is a 8 digit code. If u enter Incorrect PUK for 10 times Your SIM will be lock permanently.

Your cell phone service provider can(Call from other no. n ask tell them for puk of ur no.) give you the PUK code aft3r answering simple security question.
Later enter PUK than enter new PIN, confirm new pin. Go to -Setting
-Security
-SIM lock
-off
Disable SIM n Later Phone Lock
PS:(You have to block your PIN to get access to PUK,
Default PIN- 0000, 12345)

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile. The PUK code for mobile phone.so that you can open your phone. When you planning to call your service provider you cannot use your mobile as it is fully locked. Please use some other mobile with same network to call your service provider.
While you get the PUK code ,the service provider customer care officer will ask for your personal details to check whether the mobile belongs to you only. If they are satisfied with your answers they will provide with the PUK code
DONOT enter the PUK code several times wrongly,It will block your sim card permanently.

Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider (customer care) *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(Wall that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally.... please be careful with puk codes. Puk code is asked to you....if you have made three wrong entries to pin/pin2 codes. I asked you to be careful because if wrong puk entries will be made 10 times then your connection will be blocked. To know your puk code you have to call your customer care number saying that your pin is blocked and the phone is asking for puk number. The customer care will do some verification and then they will tell you the puk number.

To get a PUK for your SIM you have to call the Service provider of your SIM. Please do not try to Guess the PUK. If you Enter Wrong PUK for 10 times your SIM will get corrupt and you cannot use it further. Simply call your SIM card customer care and request the PUK for you number. They will provide it without any charge.
Note: There is no other way to get a PUK.

No the Default PUK and PIN codes are not set by you, these codes are Service Provider Dependent (SIM)
All you have to so is to call your Service Providers Customer Support (Like of T-Mobile, AT&T...).
And ask them about the PUK and PIN code, they will first Authenticate few things about the Ownership of the SIM card, and will give you the codes, in return.

PIN CODE is SIM dependenet and not phone dependent

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

NOTE: You should ask your service provider,get the PUK, give the PIN 3 times wrongly and it asks for PUk,provide the PUK and set the new PIN..

You may enter wrong PIN three (3) times only. After that your PIN will be blocked! To unblock, you need PUK. You can only enter wrong PUK ten (10) times. (This is as documented) After entering correct PUK, you will be asked for NEW PIN.

So, when it says "PIN blocked. Enter PUK code", you must enter the PUK. If you correctly enter the PUK, it will asked for new PIN, by asking "Enter new PIN code:". Enter anything you want as your PIN. You will be asked to enter it twice (two times).
From what I read from your post, you have done correctly, but you don't want to enter new PIN. There is no way SIM card/phone will use old PIN. The device doesn't know your PIN. So, you have to enter new PIN.
