APS cameras are very rarely seen these days because the film loading and advance mechanism was poorly designed and engineered from the start.

Your fault is very common and given that the camera will be irreparable anyway (no spares, plus the small problem that the camera was never designed to be repaired anyway) then you need to decide whether to just chuck it away or whether to break open the camera in total darkness and manually rewind the film back into the cassette for developing.

I have an old Nikon Lite Touch Zoom 100 AF camera and I am having trouble loading the film. Can you use Kodak Advantix APS film in this camera or should I be using manual loading film instead?

This camera uses 35mm film, not APS film. 35mm is a larger format, giving MUCH better results, at the expense of having to manually pull the leader across to the take-up spool each time you load a roll.

The picture lever in kodak advantix f350 is broken

The Advantics series is no longer being repaired directly by KODAK therefor the support and repairs for Advantics cameras in Europe is from a company named Johnsons Photopia: http://www.johnsons-photopia.co.uk/Contact%20Us_3.php

For more information on Advantics repairs in the US:
http://wwwuk.kodak.com/global/en/service/repair/repairCentersTraditional.jhtml

I must note that due to the price of the repair compared to a brand new digital camera that it might be a good idea to think about going digital for Christmas.

You might try closing the film compartment without film in it and press the manual rewind button. This might reset the counter circuit.

Problems with camera display on kodak APS (something or other......)

I am having exactly the same problem (I have a T550). On the last film I shot, the only way to advance the film was to pull the battery out and re-insert it every time. When I printed that film, all the frames are blank! Kodak's FAQ about "clearing the logic" suggests a solution for that problem. 1. Turn camera off 2. Pull battery out 3. Turn camera on 4. Click the shutter approximately 6 times 5. Turn camer off 6. Repeat step 4 7. Reinstall battery I just tried that but the problem persists. I am now going to leave the battery out for several hours; maybe this will help. Otherwise, well it is time to bite the bullet and buy a digital !
