I have just bought a bosh hbn 331 sob /12 single oven but the connection details are sketchy there isnt any fuse rating apart from an instruction not to protect it with a 13 amp fuse ,or connect it with a plug any clues?

Unplug the oven , then ohm out the heating eliment. My guess is that it is burned open.

You neede to replace both door hinges.

you can obtain the instruction manual for this directly from the bosch web site free of charge if it is not listed there try the BSH Home appliances ltd site they are the manufacturers repair service in the UK

Sounds like it is the thermostat that is faulty.
Go to your browser bar and type in youtube.com
Then in the search box type in fitting thermostat to oven

Click on appropiate video and follow instructions, this should help with your prob.
