You are asking about a Microwave oven...right?
They usually don't use halogen bulbs. Just a standard incandescent bulb. Don't need super bright in Microwave oven.
Take the bulb out and note the Voltage, Wattage and Shape & Size of the base. Bayonet or Screw etc. some details may be stamped on bulb.
Replacements can be had from many sources. Hardware / Electronics... depends where you are.

If the bulb is halogen for a vehicle headlight for example... take original or photo to an automotive shop.

Please check the details of how a microwave works which will help you identify before the panel is removed and the lamp replaced.
The top cover of the unit can be removed after the screws can be removed with the power cord removed. The lamp can be seen fitted on the front side with the light to shine into the chamber, you can remove the buld from holder and replace with the same type .

My hologen oven is not heating up all other operations seem ok is this a replacement i can get

You can also download the parts manual here. It has handy exploded views. The bulb is shown on page 5 and is ref # 75.

You will need these instructions, because to replace the bulb, you will need to pull the microwave down from the wall mount and remove its cover.

Always unplug a microwave before removing or installing any bulbs.

And it's best to have two people since the microwave can be heavy and awkward.

Once it's out of the wall, the outer cover (wrapper) will need to be removed, just as you'll need to do on a counter top model.

The screws you need to remove should be pretty obvious, but a special driver (such as a T20H type or GTXH20-100) may be needed.

Be sure to put all the screws back in the right holes, since some may be special grounding screws.

Bulbs can be had in most grocery stores, hardware stores, home improvement centers, and big box or department stores.

Many models use halogen lamps. You must not touch the new one with your bare skin, as the oils will shorten the bulb life.

the question was in two parts, service manual, and also how to open up to get at the bulb..check the links again on the solution

Have work on these model, but narmaly they should be easy, to help, unplug it and open the cover to see if you can figure it out better, narmaly it's a clip on stage plastic that hold it in place, The bult could have purchse I think true gooles, with there part # back track it to see if a local shop would have it. $30 was very high.
