The only button that works is the "oven light" button.
I have a model: KEBI1010BL7 // Serial # XJ1901009
Here is what the manual for your oven says about control lock.
Let me know if you have questions.
Control Lock
The Control Lock shuts down the control panel pads to prevent
unintended use of the oven(s). The Control Lock will remain set
after a power failure, if set before the power failure. The only time
it is not available is during the Sabbath Mode or Self-Clean cycle.
When the control is locked, only the TIMER SET · START, TIMER
CANCEL, OVEN LIGHT and CANCEL OFF, UPPER OVEN
CANCEL / OFF or LOWER OVEN CANCEL / OFF pads will
function. On double oven models, CLOCK SET · START will also
function.
The Control Lock is preset unlocked, but can be locked.
To Lock/Unlock Control: Press and hold CONTROL LOCK for
about 3 seconds, until “CONTROL LOCK” and a picture of a lock
appear on the display. Repeat to unlock and remove “CONTROL
LOCK” from the display.
Hi Suzy,
The code you are seeing is an indication that the temperature over heated in the oven. Since it is still locked I would think that it did not actually overheat but the sensor or control failed causing this error to come up.
I think the next step is going to have to involve a service repair company.

Good morning,
The solution I got from you, doesn't work at all. I followed the steps you gave for unlocking the control lock, but that pad doesn't respond at all. The "control lock"+picture of a lock already appeared on the display after plugging in. Only the timer-set start/cancel and oven light pad functioned at that time. Now I get a "F2EO' sign on the display where the clock is situated. Only the timer-set/cancel and the oven light pad functions.

Can you please tell me what to do?
Thanks in advance
