Hi there, your motor is old in your processor, so it won't be working very well, I would keep loading small amounts , otherwise you could get a new motor, simply by going online and typing in the details of your machine, I hope this helps, good luck

These are called Torx security bolts. You should be able to find the right size at your hardware store.
