My x9350 only turns on and off if I plug and unplug it. Also my LCD screen is black and can't use the printer unless my computer is connected.
This, probably, is a power issue on the printer. Unplug the printer from the computer. Unplug the power supply from the printer (it's the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached). Try not to use any power strips or extensions for the power cord. If possible, plug the power cord straight to the wall outlet. With the power cord plugged in straight to the power outlet, plug the power supply back in the printer. That should refresh the printer. When everything's powered on, plug printer to computer. Hope this helps. If you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get back to it. Thanks.

Printer won't print from the computer or an orginal. Also won't turn off unless unplugged and plugged in again.
