you can go on the website of the manufacturer and search for the manual, and usually you will have to download the manual to your computer. I needed a manual also, and TF0903 is on the back of the phone. But then I found FM2575 on a sticker on the front of the phone, which does have a manual at http://www.swbfreedomphone.com/ib/ibcid/fm2575.pdf, which seems to match my phone exactly.
By typing "Southwestern Bell Freedom Phone Manual" in Google, the first description on top of the page I clicked on showed me a variety of catagories of phones to choose from. I clicked on the corded phone catagory and I chose FC2548 which was the closest to my model FC2570. I downloaded a pdf of the owner's manual which solved my problem of saving numbers to memory and
other functions.
