It may be the wash impeller disk broke off, and cut into the bodywash pump housing. Remove the 8 screws(4 long into the posts and 4 short, into the lower cover) to remove the wash arm support. Look each side of the wash impeller on the lower housing for a slot cut, Check the wash arms for small pieces of grey plastic from the impeller disk.. Make sure the fill flow rate is 20 PSI. If your water is hard, the booster and vacuum breaker may be restricted with lime buildup. Remove and clean as required,
Check inside your wash arms for debris. Remove them and clean them out.
Otherwise, the wash impellor may be bad.
