Samsung S760 Digital Camera card lock

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Horizontal lines in picture

This condition appears also when your pics are showed in pc? If your answer is yes, sound like a CCD Image sensor problem. If no, could be a problem with the LCD screenviewer.

Hope this helps.

My samsung s760 has horizontal lines when the picture gets replayed but during the shoot picture is clear help pls on what to do?

This sounds like a problem with the shutter mechanism. Contact a Samsung authorized service center for repairs.

Samsung S760 Digital Camera having stripes on the screen when it shot.

Do you get the same problem when displaying pictures taken BEFORE the fault occurred? If not, then the camera has a failed imaging sensor and the only fix is to repair it (very expensive, but may be covered by warranty) or to replace the camera.

As your camera is not very old then it's worth contacting Samsung even if the warranty has expired.
