You have to send your watch. IWC do not supply any watch parts to private watch owners. Rate me, plz.

Obviously, you need a good shop to put it on so that it will stay on. You may not be able to tighten it sufficiently yourself. The case back may need to be taken off so that the stem can be held while the crown is tightened. Some times a little "locktite" on the threads maybe necessy
