On left hand side of page horizontal line

Get rid of it! I started out with the small black smoky line, went to two horizontal line, , , , I now have a 10 " line half way across the screen in two places and the rest of the line is 4-6". Contact Samsung three times on line and they responded with " we do not understand the problem, please explain. Oh yeah, TV was 2.5 years old. Never will buy Samsung again.

Try to run nozzle check and then print-head cleaning in printer maintenance utility.

This is obviously a defect. The camera warranty should be used in this case.

NO, I DID NOT GET IT FIXED. YOU TOLD ME TO SCAN SOMETHING TO THE PC, WHICH I DID. SENT PAGE TO MICROSOFT WORD AND THE BLACK LINE WAS STILL THERE. I BELIEVE MY SOLUTION IS TO JUNK THIS THING AND BUY ANOTHER.

Is it From top to bottom? if it is, clean the optics unit, its lens array and mirrors.

Clean the nozzles, align the print heads, turn it off for about an hour. You may need to do this twice, but it works for me.
