Paslode 900420 nailer fan keeps running. Nails drive fine but I have to release the battery to stop the fan.

You have a stuck head switch - it is part of a circuit assembly (#89), it may be the actuator (#66) causing it.

Stick with the paslode brands nails... the money you save using other brands is off-set by higher maintenance costs and tool down-time

put 3 drops in the hole where the air line connects

Also try and check whether or not the slide where you insert the nails that you push the button down that way it is pushing the nails forward
