I have a Nokia 6030. It worked fine until recently. I can barely hear the party I am speaking to and can barely hear it ring when I call someone. The volume is turned all the way up. I thought I had a hearing problem, but had someone else use the phone and they can't hear with it either. Can I fix it so I can hear? Thanks

The internal microphone of the cell is bad. You would have to take it to a local repairer to fix. But pending when that is done, to make calls and allow the other party to hear you, use an earpiece, speakig into the microphone part of the earpiece to send your message accross. Please let me know if it was helpful. Have a lovely day.
the problem is in the earpiece go to a mobile repairing shop nd tell them tht earpice is not working ur work is done {unable to hear ur frnds voice....}Rply....
The volume can only be accessed when you are in a call. Once you hear the call connecting or the other party has picked up, you will be able to change the volume. The volume control is the middle navigation key, use the left and right to control the volume.
Try cleaning the contacts of the sim card both on the card and phone. If this doesn't help, I would recommend getting a new sim card from your mobile operator.
How do I change the speaker?
Thanks for your help.
