theres a switch available 4 d same.. Right nxt 2 d 1 u used to move up

the motor controller needs replaced

It sounds like reed switch inside the side panel located on the frame by the large pulley either needs to be adjusted or replaced. Try adjusting the switch first the clearance between the switch and large pulley magnet will be 1/8" if you have the same result then replace the switch.
