Just turn your headset off, by holding the Talk button for some 5 seconds. Besides, if your phone's bluetooth radio won't be used for other functions (like e.g. file transfer), turn it off too, in order to save some battery juice.
Just my 2 cents.. Carlos

I don't have the manual anymore and I forget how to pair the blue trek car kit with my phone. Please help!

Try this:

1. Put them close together
2. Switch on phone and select bluetooth discover mode (make sure it's visible to other devices)
3. Switch your BlueTrek device. Press and hold both Talk and Vol+ button for about 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternatively and sound can be heard from the speaker.
4. The phone should then detect the Bluetrek device. Follow the instructions from the phone to accept the pairing request. If you didn't change it, the PIN code should be 0000 (zeroes).

Hope this helps.
