I have msi 915pm, my operating system is windows xp. my problem is there is no internet, i think i need to find some installer for lan driver. But i cant find any of these. i find some but there is no set...

Often the drivers are not .exe files but .ini files. you would install the driver with the following steps
locate the my computer icon right click the icon select manage on the left of the window that opened find device manager click on device manager on the right there should be items with a yellow question mark
you will have to find the correct item here usually for lan devices they are fairly obvious
right click on the device and select update driver
complete the wizard with the don't search option
when prompted find ini file in the the folder you have downloaded.

Ethernet not work

Check in the Device manager to see if all the devices are enable and working.
The one with a yellow ? against that device requires a driver installation.
Is the LAN device OK?
How do you intend to setup your LAN, is it for Internet access or a home network?
I need more information on your problem, together with error messages.

GeForce6100SM-M lan problem

Hi dadynidhen, there is another way to install the LAN driver & that is through windows system properties. Find the yellow question mark again & follow the instructions below.

Right click once on the yellow question mark, a window will open & Left click once on “update driver”. Windows hardware wizard will open. Click No, not at this time. Than click the next button. Another window will open. Left click once in the circle next to, Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Than click the next button. Again, another window will open. We want to remove the green check mark next to, Search removable media (floppy, CD-ROM...). Left click on the green check mark once & it will go away.
Click the browse button, click the + sign next to my computer. Find the folder in your system that holds the 32bit LAN driver. High-light the 32bit folder by left clicking on it once. Than click OK.
Windows will see the driver files & install the driver. Once done restart the system. Run windows update service. There may be an update for the LAN driver.

Good luck!

Im lookin for my LAN driver

In Windows XP, check in Device Manager (DM) to see if the NIC driver is installed. You can get to DM by right-clicking on My Computer, selecting Manage and then clicking on the DM line. If there is a driver problem, the NIC will show up with a yellow mark next to it. If it is just identified as a "PCI device" or something similar then you need to install the chipset driver from NVidia - you can get that from their website. Otherwise check if there is a separate NIC driver for your chipset; if there is, download it from the NVidia site & install it. If this isn't helpful, please come back & tell us more precisely what PC/motherboard/chipset you have!
